Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

  • There can be multi level menus - create as many rows or columns of the menu as you want.
  • Use a mouse to drag a menu as a usual window. Also you can construct the menu where each submenu can be "detached" from the main menu (MSOfficeToolbarLike mode).
  • When the page is scrolled the menu remains visible. The DHTML menu can "float" along one or two coordinate axes.

A: 1) Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Xoops extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files.
To create and configure your menus use Deluxe Tuner application
(included into the trial package): http://deluxe-menu.com/deluxe-tuner-info.html

2) You can assign link for each item. You can do it in "ItemParameter" window "Link" field.


Q: Is there a way to change the height of the main buttons in Dhtml Menu. When I use the GUI tool there is nowhere to change the main button height. And when I tried to change it in the script file, it did me no good. I want all of the main buttons to be the same size.

A: You can use standard <img> object to set menu height, for example:

Q: I have not seen anything that can help me in the question list and would like to ask how to have a mouseover drop down menu closed by default. I know that by preceding it with a '+' has it open and had assumed that removing it would close it, but it does not seem to do this.

A: You should delete "+" signs in the top items and set the followingparameter:

A: See in Deluxe Tabs there are two modes:

You can create only one level of tabs and assign Object Id's of theDIV's to show when you click on the tab.
