  • You can set the size of the menu in pixels, percent or other units. The menu may have an absolute or relative position (it can be inserted into the table).

Q: I am trying out your menu and I've made out a little test case in the attached file.

If you run it, you will see that the horizontal drop down menu css scrollsOUTSIDE the container div to the edges of the window. Is there anyway I can make the hhorizontal drop down menu css be within the container div and yet scroll?

And will the solution be cross-browser?

Note that menuDiv needs to have a collapsableDiv style. I am assuming that that is not a problem.

A: Try to set exact width for the submenu:

Q: I'm a registered user. I'm looking to make a space between dhtml cross browser menu buttons, I checked the FAQ which suggested using ["-"], between items but it didn't work. It deleted the dhtml cross browser menu items below it. I'm looking to put a space between

A: To add a separator you should

Q: Can I use data from a SQL server using ASP for the dhtml xml menu?

A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:
