Q: I worked up some menus on my local machine and they work fine I want to push them to my server.
When I do, I don't see the menu that I saw on my local machine.
Instead, I see a hypertext link with a word that I used in one menu. What could be wrong?
Do I have to chmod the JS file? Do I have it mapped wrong. Is it because I am using a demo version?


A: Demo version of the menu has full functionality.
I can't find the call of dmenu.js file on deluxe-menu.htm and dmenu.js file in the "deluxe-menu_files" folder.

Q: How do I control the individual tab width for afloat tabs?


A:   var bmenuWidth="100%";

I have 5 items in my example, so I've created Individual Style

And assign it for all items:

But notice that items width cannot be smaller than the width of its'text.
So it is possible that you'll have different size of some itemsif your window have a small size.

Q: I'm trying the deluxe menu and I'm positively impressed.

But now I'm trying to simply use javascript to add some properties to my menu.

I modified the dynamic to 1

and I get only one error in the javascript monitor telling me:

menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0. (you have written menuInd=1, but if you have one menu on your page you should write 0).
You also have written itemStyleInd=1, but you have only one style in your menu. So you should write "0" or "-1".


Q: I am evaluating your product and would like to display my top menu without a border, but have the dropdown (child menus) all have a border and shadow.
If I change the menuBorderWidth to anything but 0, I get a menu on both the top menus and dropdowns. I need a topBorderWidth and a childBorderWidth.

Is there any way to accomplish this?


A: Yes, you can do it.

Please, set:

  var menuBorderWidth=0;

To set border for submenus you should use Individual Submenu styles, for example:
