dm_ext_changeItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, iParams)
to disable your items or
dm_ext_changeItemVisibility (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, visibility)
to hide your items.Try that.

A: If you are using a Russian system then everything should render correctly.
If you are using an English system with a Russian IME then you will
