  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I would like to create my own jpeg images and use them as the mouseover-items in the top level cascading menu. I am not talking about the backround. I mean the actual upfront button. I seem to be locked into the size which is the default and would like to change it to width = 180px and height = 45px for each item in the menu. Is there any way to do that?

A: You should create Individual Style and assign it for all top items.

Q: Is there maybe a way that I can set up the menu so that it does not load at all until someone clicks on, say, a link, such as 'Products' and clicking on that link would then load the java menu buttons onto the page in the desired position?


A: Yes, you can do it.
Delete dm_init(); function from data file and use OnClick event foryour 'Products' link.

Q: I have created a menu for a product tutorial. It consists of about 50 topics, each of which is listed in my menu. I’m wondering if there is a way to gray out the menu link for the open tutorial topic?


A: Unfortunately, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature.
You should write your own code, for example, on PHP.

You can try to use the following function

}
to disable your items.

Q: Is it possible to dynamically generate new popup window"on the go"?
We want several popups to appear. We have tried to automagically assigna random name, but without success, the show() command kills the commands and just redirects.


A: You can do it in two ways:
1) Call different data files with DIFFERENT winID:"window1"!

2) Call only one data file and use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open your windows:
