Q: I am trying to implement Deluxe Menu 2.0 on a .aspx-page.
However the Norwegian characters are not showed correctly. (only in the menu)
What do I need to do?
It works fine with the old version of Deluxe Menu in our normal asp-pages.
A: When you call data .js file you can try to specify the encoding:
< SCRIPT src="Dansk Aktionarforening11_files/data.js" charset="UTF-8"> </SCRIPT>
or
<SCRIPT src="Dansk Aktionarforening11_files/data.js" charset="ISO-8859-1"> </SCRIPT>

Q: I want to be able to pull information into dynamic drop down menu from the mysql database.
A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,
you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: The menu maps to the width size of the longest menu item on the list, can you tell me how I can restrict this, and have a fixed menu size.
A: Unfortunately it is really so.
You can try to wrap your text.
You should set the following parameter:
var noWrap = 0;
or use <br> tags within menuItems.
Q: I've just updated my menu from 2.4 to 3.2. All is fine except two of my java script pop up menu (vertical) appear on the left instead of the right, all the others pop out to the right as before. I've tried saving it as a completely different file name, same problem, both within a browser and within your preview pane.
Any help would be much appreciated, I'm at a loss.
