Q: I am facing problem with deluxe tab. When a first level jscript tab is selected, sub tab of that tab should be in selected mode.
I need to change text color of "New contact" (sub tab) in selected mode to black.
A: Unfortunately Deluxe Tabs doesn't have such a feature now.
You use main tabs to show sub-tabs and click on sub-tabs to show their content or openlinks.
On the initial page load you can set the selected item and submenu item using thefollowing parameters:
var bselectedItem=1;
var bselectedSmItem=2;
Q: We found menu link can not be open on Mac with Safari. We use Deluxe tuner to get our menu but it does not work on Mac with Safari. Does Deluxe Tuner support Safari on Mac? How can I make my menu work with Deluxe tuner on Mac with Safari.
A: To create your menu on MAC you can use HTML version of Deluxe Tuner (for MAC OS). You can find it here:

Q: Why do I get the "Incorrect Copyright" message in Internet Explorer 7. I am using Deluxe Menu version 1.14. Shouldn't this support IE5+, including IE7?

Do I really need to buy an upgrade for each new browser release when I don't need any of the new features in Deluxe Menu???

Deluxe Menu v1.14 works with "Incorrect Copyright" message in IE7. Youshould upgrade to Deluxe Menu v2.0.
The upgrade is free for existing customers.

Q: The popup menu gives the (first) menu of the top menu. I need of course for this to be the menu of the popup.
A: Installation of your menu is not correct.
Now you have:
1) There is no need to call dmenu_popup.js file. You should delete thefollowing line:
<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript1.2" src="dmenu_popup.js"></script>
2) Where you call source_pop.js file for Popup menu?
You should add:
<SCRIPT language=JavaScript1.2 src="menu_files/source_pop.js"type=text/javascript></SCRIPT>
3) The ID of your Popup menu is 1. Now you have ID - 0.
