I've been working with the trial version, but I haven't been able to put HTML code within the javascript pop menu Item, in order to do actions like opening a new URL, or opening a file or page with .htm extension.

A: Actually you are able to paste any html code within items.

Q: I have problem with Deluxe CSS Menu. The menus function well, I can see all of the text at each level.
But the buttons in the css drop-down menu have no graphic shape or back gound color and this is at all levels.
I went through your support page but I cannot find anything that mentions this condition.
Please help help me solve this issue.


A: Try to set in Deluxe tuner: Tools->Copy all files when saving.

Try to export your menu to html once again.

I like the transitional fade of onclick tab data between tabs of this menu, but I don't see anything in Transitional Effect variables to manipulate this.

A: You can set transitional effects in the "Transitional Effects"section in Deluxe Tuner.

Notice that Transitional Effects are supported by IE5.5+ only.

Q: Hello I am trying out deluxe menus. Fantastic piece of software - however the test menu I have created only works fine when I upload to an area outside the restricted area (i.e members area) of my server. Inside this area and it does not appear. Is that becuse I am using the trial version?
