Q: We are showing the "incorrect copyright" on our menu for some reason and I need you to look at the code. It's been this way for about a month. My company is going to make me stop using your menu if I can't get the issue corrected so please help me determine why we are suddenly having this problem.

The notice shows up on IE 6, but not IE 7.


A: "Incorrect Copyright" means that the script can't find required copyright parameters.
To avoid this, please, change:

Q: Great product and incredible user friendly interface to loadeverything up! I wasn't used to such a user friendly interface and was looking way to hard.

I did have one question though. When I open up Deluxe Tuner and click on the javascript slide down menu sample to the left (with the search box), I get the following message:

I click no, and the javascript slide down menu comes up, but no search box! Any idea why this is so?

A: There will be no search box in that template.

Actually you are able to paste any html code within items.

Q: I need a menu system that can do one Vertical menu example in java and a completely separate Horizontal menu on the same page, no frames. Will this menu software do this?

A: Yes, you can create two menus (vertical and horizontal) and installthem on the same page. See the attached example.



Q: When I create a tab which has no sub-items, there is a white line drawn under the whole top javascript tabbed menu bar.
How do I avoid this?


A: Each menu item should have subitems (in the TabMode).
If you don't want to have subitems for some items you can add onesubitem and delete Item Text.
