A: Now you have shadow the submenus only, if you want to have shadowfor the top items you should set the following parameters:

Q: We're running deluxe_tree version 1.0. We are getting the following error:

Any ideas? Should we upgrade to the latest version? If so, what it the upgrade path for us? Will we have to modify our data-tree.js file?


A: Yes, try to use Deluxe Tree v2.4.
See in Deluxe tree you should specify correct tWorkPath parameter:

This parameter should point to the same folder with dtree.js file.When you use movable or floatable feature you should copy dtree_add.jsfile in the same folder with dtree.js file.

Q: I'm looking to make a space between menu buttons in the drop down menu example,
I checked the FAQ which suggested using ["-"], between items but it didn't work.


A: To add a separator you should

Q: In the item window, it says "use Ctrl jey to slect and copy items" But when I try it doesn't work.

I use Ctrl C and Ctrl V


A: To select a group of items you can use Shift and Ctrl keys.

To rename an item click on it and hold a mouse cursor for a second. Or use item parameters window.
To move items select items you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method.
To copy items select those you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method holding a Ctrl key.
Also you can use a contextual menu - a right mouse click on the list of items.
