Q: I purchased your product yesterday and was quite impressed, but I am having a bit of a problem with my submenuitems.
In the general menu properties there is a "Global"   var titemHeight = 22;
My problem is that I would like my upper level of my drop down menu to have one itemheight and my submenuitems to have a smaller height. Is this possible?

A: In the XP Style

  var tXPStyle=1;
the item's height for the top items and submenus will be different.

If you want to use

  var tXPStyle=0;

you can set ite's height for the submenus:
  var titemHeight=16;

And for other items use the blank icon with the height you want to have for the upper level of your menu items.




Q: I'm having trouble getting some of my drop down menu scripts opening in the frm2.

If you look under products, then Hard drives, then Rugged Airborne .....this one and Rugged Ground will not open in frm2 but the Contact Us and Get Quote are working fine.
Can you help me get these things to open in a frm2.


A: You should write your menu items correctly.
Now you have

   ["||Rugged Airborne","../RuggedAirborne.htm","Airborne,"frm2","0", ],
   ["||Rugged Ground","../RuggedGround.htm","Ground","frm2","0", ],

it is not correct.
You should write:
   ["||Rugged Airborne","../RuggedAirborne.htm","","","Airborne,"frm2","0", ],
   ["||Rugged Ground","../RuggedGround.htm","","","Ground","frm2","0", ],


Q: Does your product support image swapping? For instance, if I was building a menu such as the one on your site, how would I swap the "Home", "Product Info", etc images/gif's?

I'm using a JavaScript such as the one below:

A: You can use images for items using standard <img> tag.
But in this case you should change pictures yourselves usingJavascript to make rollover items.

For example:

Q: I was enthused to see you had cross-frame support for your menus. But, as I got into it, I discovered that your javascript transparent menu doesn't support frames within frames.

A: Actually Deluxe Menu works correctly with nested frames in most cases.Try to install Deluxe Menu in cross-frame mode. If you'll have someproblems you can send us a copy of your html page (including .js files) ora direct link to your website, so we can check it.
